The 10th Annual Breakthroughs Film Festival submissions are currently open and will close on January 28th. Breakthroughs Film Festival is the only festival in Canada devoted exclusively to screening short films by women and non binary directors.
Eligibility Requirements can be found here and folks can request a submission waiver using this form.
