Canada Research Chair Hiring
For the coming three weeks, the School of Cinema will be interviewing candidates who have been short-listed for a Canada Research Chair in Visual Heritage and Digital Archives. Grad students are invited to attend the candidates’ lectures and to meet with them to discuss their work.
Talks will take place on Tuesdays at 4 PM, and meetings in the grad lounge, with only students and no faculty, will be on Wednesdays at 5 PM. Everyone is urged to take the time to participate in both these events. It’s a great experience to be a part of the selection process.
It’s also important to highlight the students to the candidates, in order for them to get a sense of the sort of work we do, and of what our research interests and priorities are.
