Cinema Politica is thrilled to present this courageous documentary about The Gulabi Gang (literally, “The Pink Gang”), a group of tireless women advocating for women’s rights and against gender violence in impoverished parts of rural India, despite the challenges posed by local authorities and civilians alike.
Director Nishtha Jain will be present for a Q&A period after the film.
