On behalf of the Concordia HIV/AIDS Project and Dr. Thomas Waugh, I am pleased to invite you to the first lecture of the 2016-2017 Concordia University Community Lecture Series on HIV/AIDS by historians Gary Kinsman and Alexis Shotwell of the AIDS Activist History Project .

Join us at the De Seve Cinema on Thursday Oct 27th at 7pm for a detailed exploration of early AIDS activism in Montreal, and the complex context of colonial, national, linguistic, gendered, racialized, sexual, age and other relations in which this activism took place. See event flier here.
